The Declanlan’s are a native to the arid supercontinent of Thal’xxis on the exoplanet Tahakomolo, a small moon orbiting a gas giant in the Velmara system. When discovered by the Rhyno Confederacy, they were selected from their Industrial Age society for elevation to a ruling class due to their long lifespans and unique integumentary adaptation has evolved in direct response to the planet’s harsh environmental conditions and spectral solar output. A large gene pool of Declanian’s were relocated to a nearby habitable world, which was named Newport.
