Raiu
Raiu was recently discovered in 107GU on the edge of the Wami Kingdom bordering the Neupert Prefecture. At first, it wasn't deemed inhabitable due to the immense frequency of electrical storms. The storms threw off most scans and prevented the ships from learning of the planet's abundant reserves of a recently unknown crystal. It wasn't until a month later when a survey ship was sent to examine the planet that it was able to eventually determine the viability of the planet.
The information was kept secret and within a few months, the top military brass had commissioned a secret research facility on the planet to learn more of this new crystal. A listening post was also constructed to keep an eye on the movements of the Neupert Prefecture.
