Resonance Dome

The Resonance Dome is a monumental psionic structure located at the heart of Newport, serving as both a cultural shrine and a high-security archive. It houses original glyphic tablets carved by Sevrat Halun, as well as early volumes of the Echoes of the Lattice.

Architecture and Function

The dome is constructed of interlocking ferro-silicate latticework, resonant crystal plates, and organically grown mineral glass. It amplifies passive psionic fields, allowing Resonants to "feel" the history of the space without initiating deep trance states.

Core features include:

• The Glyph Chamber – central archive containing Halun’s original crystal tablets
• Echo Basin – shallow psionic pool for immersive meditation and ancestral tuning
• Veil Array – protective glyphic array that stabilizes local field harmonics

Access and Protocol

Only sanctioned members of the Resonant Path and select officials from the Crystalline Synod are permitted direct access to the inner chambers. However, outer reflection halls are open to the public for meditative purposes.

All Echo-fragments stored within are enclosed in psionically shielded casings to prevent uncontrolled resonance. Interaction with these artifacts requires training in regulated harmonic attunement.

The Resonance Dome is considered the heart of psionic tradition in the Neupert Prefecture. Its architecture mimics ancient cave vaults from Tahakomolo, while its crystalline amplification system is derived from Rhyno uplift-era blueprints.
